What we store
Tackle Master stores the tackle, storage boxes, catches, photos and notes you enter, plus the email address you sign up with. If you attach conditions to a catch, we also store the weather snapshot and the coordinates or place name you chose.
Where it lives
Everything is written to your device first, so the app works with no signal. On a Pro plan your data is also backed up to our hosted database so it can sync between your devices. Photos are kept in a private storage bucket that only your account can read.
Location
Location is only used to fetch current conditions, and only when you allow it or type a place in yourself. It is never shared with advertisers and never tracked in the background.
Third parties
Weather comes from Open-Meteo. Purchases are processed by Apple on iPhone and Google Play on Android; we receive only the purchase receipt, never your card details. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party ad tracking.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: tackle, catches, photos and your login are removed. Store subscriptions must also be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
